This disorder is characterized by blisters and lesions affecting the neck, armpits, skin folds and genitals. Cause caused by a gene mutation. Symptoms outbreaks of rashes and blisters in the skin,may be over large areas of the body. Treatment Use of the weakest corticosteroid is recommened. Medicines such as Antibiotics, antifungals, , thalidomide, etretinate, cyclosporine can control disease. |
