This is a rare inherited disorder that belongs to a group of disorders known as the ectodermal dysplasias. Cause caused by a mutation in the Sterile alpha motif SAM of the TP73L gene symptoms less no of sweat glands , cleft palate, and, less often, cleft lip ,yelashes sparse or absent, nails absent or malformed, and teeth may be small and malformed. |
