This is an involuntary contraction of the diaphragm which may repeat several times per minute Cause Eating too much food too quickly,Drinking too much alcohol,Swallowing too much air,Smoking. Treatment Hiccups go away on their own ,do not need treatment. Quickly drinking a glass of cold water or eating a teaspoon of sugar or honey can stop hiccup |
