Depressed nasal bridge,Flat face,Prominent forehead,Widely spaced eyes,Cleft palate,Dislocated elbows,Dislocated hips,Dislocated knees,Dislocated wrists,Dysplastic,epiphyseal centers,Long nontapering fingers,Spatulate thumbs,Short nails,Short metacarpals,Multiple carpal ossification center,Talipes equinovalgus,Talipes varus,Delayed coalescence of the two foot calcaneal ossification centers,Dysraphism,Spina bifida,Hypoplastic bodies of neck vertebrae,Scoliosis,Wedged vertebrae,Lordosis,Spondylosis,Scoliosis of lumbar spine,Dysraphism of sacral spine,Delayed ability to walk
Cause This disorder is caused by mutations of the FLNB gene
